“It’s not dark enough yet for the light to shine on America.” —–Star Parker (on AFR TALK—Sandy Rios In The Morning)
I just watched the movie “Hidden In Silence” about a young girl, Stefania Podgorska, hiding Jews in her attic in Poland. It was thrust on her suddenly, almost overnight, and she had to do something.
In America, we who care have not yet reached the point where we have to do something. Until our individual, daily lives are disrupted, quite possibly by violence, we are not likely to take action.
I am distressed daily, for years, when I hear disturbing facts documenting America’s surrender to all kinds of evil—and then the call to action consists of ‘get more informed’ and ‘we must stay on top of this.’
Action to stop Hitler’s evil rampage came with a high price—extreme risk—severe sacrifice—massacre—martyrdom.
Until we get that mindset of commitment to action to stand against the evil running this country, we are hiding the light in a vast darkness.
Pray, to see what you should do, to make a difference, beyond information and talk. I pray the same for me.
