Sounds attractive, all over again, today.
Like it sounded attractive to Eve, and she was deceived.

“Evil triumphs when good men do nothing in the face of evil.”

Adam, a good man, a perfect man, until “he did nothing”.

Evil triumphed when that good man did nothing.

Eve was deceived.
Adam knew better.
Adam had a very brief window to act.
Also, a VERY BRIEF window to act today—one graphic example:
“The only thing to stop a bad man with a gun is a good man with a gun.”


Adam did nothing.
Adam ate.
Consequences, for Adam, for Eve, for everyone, for 6000 years.

BE STILL

Be still ?
Now that is un-American nowadays.

Everything in us and around us tells us, compels us to keep moving (faster and faster), keep getting more information (faster and faster), keep getting more done (faster anf faster), keep getting more efficient (faster and faster), keep expecting more (faster and faster).

Did I say “faster” ?

Just observe what is on your screens, and everywhere you turn.
If you’re over 60 (maybe 50), and if you are not totally swamped by “faster, faster, faster”, and if you can remember when most everything was slower (much slower), then you can read the rest of this article.

Did you notice that unannounced visits are no longer appreciated, even no longer welcome ?

Did you ever experience that, with your children ?

Did you notice that visits have to be ‘scheduled’ ?

Did you ever have a need, someone to share it with, and there was no one (or shall I say there was no one available) ?

Did you ever give up on seeing someone you need to see because of the above, because you know they are too busy ?

Do not bother others, because you might be a bother ?

Do you think back on times when everything was slower, people were slower and had more time for each other ?

Like the preachers and the writers gave legitimacy and inspiration for the American Revolution—
—I wish I could write something that would “Make A Difference”, In Our Country’s Life, “In The Parts That Are For Keeps”.

In individual lives “the parts that are for keeps” means a relationship with Jesus now and forever.

In our country’s life “the parts that are for keeps” means freedom.

Our Freedom was founded and won by sacrifice and faith in God.
Our Freedom must be maintained by sacrifice and faith in God.
Our Freedom, NOW, must be regained (won again) by sacrifice and faith in God.

Loopholes in justice
are
Loopholes for injustice.

Stories old and new—now more than ever—of criminals awaiting justice for their crime—for years, for decades.
Rarely does it actually take years and years to determine guilt and a fitting sentence.

Something happened, and now the justice system in America is about the LABORIOUS process of giving a hearing to every imaginable special interest and every imaginable psychological interpretation.

Swift justice, as the Bible calls for, as an immediate deterrent to crime, is lost in the myriad of ‘news’ reports that keep a ‘story’ going, instead of reporting a crime, trial, sentence, end of story.

FAITH ? – OR – FIGURE IT OUT ?

FAITH ? – WHEN YOU CAN’T FIGURE IT OUT ?

As I get older and my physical and mental functions decline, I wonder where that leaves my spiritual well-being.

I know the Bible verse that says,
“Even though our outward being is fading, our inward being is growing stronger.”

But my increasing difficulty remembering anything, includes distress over reading the Bible and immediately losing the thought (recall) of what I just read.

So how do I deal with that loss and the guilt of not holding in my mind
the Words from God that I just read, to strengthen me and keep me going through the day ?

Can I also turn that over to Jesus, and not worry about it ?

And, anyone who is not in my shoes, not going through what I’m facing, cannot understand that their suggestions don’t help (don’t apply).
It makes you want to say, “You’ll ‘get it’ someday”.
Well, maybe they will, maybe they won’t.

So, that’s why some older people struggle with things that cannot be fixed, that nobody knows, that makes them feel alone.

BUT GOD—
Can He ?
Will He ?
Is He the only One ?
Can we believe ?
Can I believe ?
Can I count on His promise to work for good, even the scarey stuff of decline, of losing ground ?

BAD – SCAREY – DANGEROUS – TERRIBLE – TERRORIZING

“I’m from the government, and I’m here to help? you.”

“I’m running for office.
After I am elected, I will be ‘from the government’, and I will ‘help’ you with all the money that the government has.
I will make your life better.
I will make life fair.
I will make everyone have an equal life.
I will listen to the minorities screaming for everything equal, and I will make their lives better.
I will make sure that people with money participate in getting people without money to have enough money.
Support my cause.
Support my campaign.”

And many people (Amercans, Christians, everyone who is too busy), looking for easier, looking for answers, are falling for lies just because they are uncomfortable before an election.

Unfortunately, history does not look favorably on socialist promises of utopia.

“Any government big enough to give you everything you want, is big enough to take everything you have.”

Governments are more likely to do the latter, because they are made of people who gain power, and then—all previous promises turn into oppressive power.

“Power corrupts—absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

When human nature takes on power, it’s not pretty, ever.

How about wolves in spiritual sheep’s clothing !

“I’m from God, and I’m here to help you.”

The Catholic Church played this out, for all history to see (and learn?—not hardly).
The church started with the real promises from Jesus of forgiveness and eternal life.
Then the church gained power, and more power, and control.
The Gospel message of forgiveness went for sale, and the money and the power combined to absolute power, to absolute corruption.
The Catholic Church could, and did, eliminate (kill, burn at the stake) anyone who disagreed with their teaching or their power.

Today in Amerca, the political and the spiritual overlap, as they always do in spite of attempts to separate church and state.

If Christians do not get involved in America NOW, we will suffer the consequences (like everyone else) by those dedicated to our destruction.

● BAD – “Evil abounds (in the government) when good men (in the church) do nothing.”
● SCAREY – What will the government do next, while the church repeats history ?
● DANGEROUS – Government grows more powerful, and churches lose spiritual power.
● TERRIBLE – Government is out of line with our Biblical Constitution, and the church is not leading us back to our spiritual roots.
● TERRORIZING – Government will do anything ‘necessary’ to control everything and everyone, and the church contributes by compliance.

☆TAKE OFF☆ YOUR OWN MASK

We know the ‘rules’ about “take care of yourself first or you can’t help someone else”, and the airplane instruction to “put on your own oxygen mask before you help your child with theirs”.

During covid, were were told, and we were forced, to mask up, shield up, distance up, hide from others, not visit family, not look anyone in the eye or see what the rest of their face said, distance ourselves from interaction with everyone, fist bumps instead of handshakes (pretend, don’t touch), get the covid jab or lose your job, comply or you don’t care about others—all this thrust on the people overnight, designed and coordinated to create an entire population that does not trust anyone (making the most of the opportunity for complete control).

And what about, what have we learned (WHAT WE HAVE NOT LEARNED) from the covid mandates, six years ago, and for the next time ?

That time, how many, so many, Americans readily obeyed, out of fear.
— “Obey the health
‘authorities¿¿¿’ (or you’ll die).”
and
— “Obey the government
‘authoritiesXXX’ (or you’ll pay) ! ! !”

I could not believe what I saw when I went to town, and everyone (99%+) was all masked up.
It made me furious that fellow Americans were choosing to follow Fauche (Dr. F ?X?X), like under communism and other dictatorships.
