Everyone who ever lived—everyone alive now—everybody knows two things automatically—
One – – – We all know there is God, The One True God, no matter what we say, no matter what we claim, no matter what we invent to substitute for God.
Two – – – We all know there is more to us after this life.
We know there is LIFE after life – or – there is DEATH after death.
We know there is HEAVEN after this life – or – there is HELL after death.
We all know this, regardless of . . .
“I will be content . . . “
OR
“I am content.”

Take time to reflect.
Wait on God.
“Trust in the Lord, . . .”
. . . don’t lean on your . . .
— your anything
— your thinking
— your understanding
— your abilities
— your figuring it out
— your health
— your strength
— your goals
— your position
— your success
— your money
— your insurance
— your retirement
— your . . .
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.”
If we do not stop to consciously, verbally, recognize our dependence on God, our trust in Him “in all our ways”, in every detail—then we are not trusting in the Lord with all our heart.
ALL – – – or – – – NOTHING

Zeal—to listen to people who explain everything
Zeal—to trust what they know
Zeal—to trust what I know
Zeal—to depend more on what I understand
Zeal—to depend less on faith
Zeal—to depend less on the Bible
Zeal—to depend less on God
