CAPITALISM – – – EVERYONE WILLING TO WORK WINS

In free enterprise—free market capitalism—rich people are not the enemy.

In capitalism the rich do not get richer by taking (stealing) from the poor.

 

Capitalism depends on people with means, who provide work for other people, so they can eat and live.  Everyone willing to work wins.  Very simply, capitalism works—socialism doesn’t.

Does it make sense to envy the person who gives you a job?  (especially if the alternative is no job)

 

Socialism (and all the evils that follow) is based on taking (stealing) from anyone with anything.  The government immediately must be in charge of the taking (stealing) by force, including taking (stealing) freedom.

 

CAPITALISM

—Everyone willing to work, eats and enjoys the fruit of his labor.

—Everyone not willing to work, does not eat, and gets very uncomfortable.

 

SOCIALISM

—Everyone willing to work, becomes a slave.

—Everyone not willing to work, becomes a slave.

? DISRESPECT ? – – – FOR GOD

What is God’s response to disrespect?

Truth is, God demands much more than respect.

God requires total worship, and He will get it from everyone.

For a time now, it seems people get away with disrespect for God.

But, “Be not deceived; God is not mocked . . . “

God is the one and only, all or nothing, sovereign of the universe, which includes us.

None of us will get away with anything disrespectful before Him.

To God, every hint or expression of disrespect equals blasphemy.

It may not be popular to say this, but He also equates ignoring Him with blasphemy.

If God is not supreme Lord in our individual lives, then someone else is.

 

“This is like church.  We thank god, and our lord and savior Barack Obama – – – B a r a c k   O b a m a,” and hundreds in the audience gave thunderous, approving applause.  (reminded me of the overwhelming voice vote against putting God back in the Democrat Party platform)

 

There are cases in the Bible where a king accepted or required god-worship of himself, and rapid response from the true God took him out or taught him a lesson.

The “president” of the United States will fare no better, as he receives this worship reserved for God alone.

 

For all of us, remember this:

+++Worship God, or be judged;

+++Worship God, or be destroyed.

Messiah—walks on water—walks on air—fiscal cliff no problem for him.

The cheers of the audience at this awards assembly sound like . . .

. . . the massive Nazi cheers of Hitler-worshipping crowds

. . . the fanatic Japanese Emperor worship

. . . the Muslims’ consuming religious zeal to commit suicide for Allah.

 

Tell me, who in the world is willing and able to stop him now?

—Congress??? (impotent)

—Voters??? (duped)

—Church??? (boiled frog)

—Allies??? (say what?)

—God??? (why?)

—Texas (last bastion of freedom in the world . . . ?)  Are we willing and able to remove the question mark?

 

*Barack Hussein OBama—Say BHHHOB aloud and it sounds like the warning for Christians in the 2008 election: “Beware of sheep’s clothing.”

EXTREME MAKEOVER – – – REVIVAL EDITION

Real Revival does not just reform or refurbish or repaint.

Real Revival Renovates.

Renovation starts with identifying necessary changes and tearing out everything unfit for the extreme makeover.

Past Revivals—Great Awakenings—were marked by unmistakable, permanent changes in individual lives.

Churches were changed, not on the surface, not by temporary revivals, not by organizing and planning, but by moves of God and prayer.

Crime dropped dramatically in times of Great Awakenings.

In America today, what would extreme makeover – revival edition look like?  What would be the authentic verification of change?

REPENT OF SIN = RELEASE OF STUFF

When we see Christians and churches getting rid of their stashes of stuff and money saved for the uncertain future, then we will know true revival that renovates.

Nothing less will do much good.

AMERICA FORGIVES

Can you find any country in history or around the world today that has repeatedly defeated evil in other countries and then turned around and helped them rebuild, with nothing in return?

Can you find any country that has done that like the United States of America?

No.

America is unique in all human history.  America is exceptional in this area, profoundly and inexplicably.

But wait a minute.  It is explainable.  America was founded on Judeo-Christian principles.  That makes this country, more than any other, ready to help any place on earth in trouble from disaster, if they allow us.  And when aggressors threaten us or our allies, we vigorously defeat them, and then just as vigorously help them after they surrender.

The world is certainly better off with American leadership.

AMERICA FORGIVES, INDEED.

Don’t lose it, America.

In the First War for Independence, when George Washington needed to cross the Delaware River under cover of darkness to surprise the British, they were not done by daybreak.  God sent a benign “storm” of dense fog just long enough for our men to finish crossing the river and experience a miraculous turning point in the war, to save America.

 

In the Second War for Independence-1812, when the British advanced on Washington, D.C., they planned to burn it down the next day.  God sent a storm so severe that the British had to abandon their plans and get out—a miraculous turning point in the war, to save America.

 

In the Third War for Independence-2012, when momentum before the election had shifted toward change in Washington, God sent Hurricane Sandy at just the right time to strangely turn it the other way—a miraculous turning point in the war, to judge America.

ATHEISTS’ SADDEST DAY OF THE YEAR

I cannot imagine the sadness of Thanksgiving Day with no God to thank.

And even worse, if you admit your sadness, you lose the argument against God’s reality.

So, atheists become defensive or angry or intolerant of anyone who believes in and gives thanks to Someone they say doesn’t exist.

What does it really mean, then, when atheists try to stop the Christmas message and Christmas symbols?

Well, here’s how I like to think of Christmas celebration, and the war on Christmas.

EVERY YEAR WE GET TO ADD ANOTHER CANDLE ON JESUS’ BIRTHDAY CAKE, AND THE CELEBRATION JUST GETS BIGGER AND BETTER.  AND ALL 2000 PLUS CANDLES ARE THE KIND THAT LIGHT BACK UP EVERY TIME SOMEONE TRIES TO BLOW THEM OUT!!!!!!!!!!

(writers are supposed to use exclamation points sparingly, but this is an exception)

HALLELUJAH ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
