Making a Difference in your Life, in the Parts that are for Keeps!
Government Health Care is the oxymoron of the decade.
Government Health Care defined:
Your “health” taken care of from “cradle to grave.” *
* “cradle to grave” includes pre-cradle to grave same day service on demand, paid for by your fellow taxpayers.
I’m famous—but nobody knows it.
I’m humble—but I don’t know it.
What do the following have in common?
—Punishment
—Persecution
—Sacrifice
All three involve “suffering.”
Punishment involves suffering, and it is your fault.
Persecution involves suffering, and it is not your fault.
Sacrifice involves suffering, and it is your choice.
Some of us have a lot to learn about the cost of sacrifice.
Considering some who come from Chicago—
01) The mafia is not answerable to the democratic process.
02) Dictators are often elected but are never voted out of office.
03) Traitors are never rehabilitated.
When America was strong, we dealt with dictators and traitors.

A fully functioning culvert lets all the water coming in, pass through quickly—or it will choke up with silt and debris.
Likewise, if we are clean conduits, we let the blessings coming into our life, flow on through immediately to bless others—or else our hearts will increasingly focus on what we keep, and our lives will get clogged with things we don’t need.
A culvert that is choked up is worthless.
A clogged life is a sad sight, without consideration for those we were called to bless.
What is the force behind the universe?
Which of these two statements is true, and which is false?
01) The greatest EVOLUTION ever observed is this: that a man lay down his life for his friends.
02) “Greater LOVE has no man than this: that a man lay down his life for his friends.”
The best part of getting old is the getting, not the arriving.
As long as you’re getting older, you’re not old yet.
As you get older, why is a rocking chair better than an easy chair?
Because in a rocking chair, for the most part you’re still moving.
Consider the numerous words (adjectives) that are used to describe politicians, both positive and negative, complimentary and critical, always qualifying the term.
Now consider the one word for those who serve their country on a higher plane, which has become extremely rare but so very needed again today—
STATESMAN
No adjectives.
