Here\u2019s how I propose it be done.<\/p>\n<p>1. They have money.<br \/>\n2. I need money.<br \/>\n3. They need some work done.<br \/>\n4. I do the work for them.<br \/>\n5. They pay me money.<br \/>\n6. We\u2019re both happy&#8212;their work is done, and I have money to buy food and pay my bills.<br \/>\n7. The process works smoothly, over and over, and it\u2019s beautiful.<br \/>\n8. The government didn\u2019t have to crook a finger&#8212;as in, steal our money, give it to people who don\u2019t work, and waste half of it in the process.<br \/>\n9.
