INUNDATION—“Now the earth was corrupt in God\u2019s sight and was full of violence. I am going to bring floodwaters on the earth to destroy all life under the heavens, every creature that has the breath of life in it. Everything on earth will perish.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CREMATION—“But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare.”*<\/p>\n\n\n\n
