2-Confiscate all assets—money, property, production, freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3-Starting with the military, cancel all domestic resistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4-Universal poverty (overnight) leaves domestic creditors with no power to demand payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5-Universal poverty (overnight) leaves foreign creditors with nothing to go after for payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
