When Jesus walked and talked and preached and taught and healed and rebuked, lots of people came to Him to get their lives right.
\nHe responded many different ways, depending mostly on their degree of honesty and brokenness.<\/p>\n
Picture yourself approaching Jesus, just like all those people did.
\nWhat exactly would you say?
\nWhat exactly would Jesus hear?
\nWhat might Jesus say, to you?<\/p>\n
Perhaps, actually in Jesus presence, you would think of the song, “I Can Only Imagine.”
\nWould you stand, would you shout, would you kneel, would you bow, would you fall on your face?<\/p>\n
Would you ask Him a puzzling theological question?
\nWould you ask Him to heal you, or someone?
\nWould you cry for mercy?
\nWould you take that rare, once-in-a-lifetime moment to just worship Him and say nothing, knowing that He knows your needs already, because He knows you completely?<\/p>\n
Now, you can come to Jesus for real, just as real as face-to-face when He walked here.
\nBut, as the stories show, come straight, real, honest, with nothing.<\/p>\n
