In my first two years of college, when Concordia in Austin, Texas was very small, we had a campus organization called “We Who Care”.<\/p>\n
Students volunteered to help all kinds of people—old folks, mentally disabled, kids in need of a friend.<\/p>\n
And we did it for Jesus, because He said, “Whatever you do for the least of these, you do it for Me.”<\/p>\n

Question:\u00a0 Who Cares?<\/p>\n
Question:\u00a0 Who Can Care?<\/p>\n
Question:\u00a0 Who Can Make a Difference?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Only people can care and make a difference in other people’s lives.\u00a0 Be ready to respond to a need, and do it.\u00a0 It is that simple.<\/p>\n
Please know that governments cannot care about anything but the government.\u00a0 Government welfare is about the welfare of the government getting bigger.<\/p>\n
Government does its God-given job* only when the people limit government power.<\/p>\n
When people forget that government is their servant, they soon become its slaves.<\/p>\n

We are the ones who care about others.<\/p>\n
We are the ones who take care of others.<\/p>\n
And, Christians are the ones who care because Jesus cares about us.<\/p>\n
